• Admissions:
  Employees in the Admissions Department greet guests as they arrive at the park, sell tickets and answer questions of all kinds. They are important because they create the first impression of friendliness and helpfulness. Patience, courtesy, accuracy and an outgoing personality are the requirements for Admissions employees.
• Concessions:
  Employees in the Food Service Department can work at Sidewalk Snacks, Shaved Ice, TCBY or the Cookhouse serving food and other treats. They serve many guests and other employees as well. Friendliness and courtesy in the serving of food are the most important qualities of Food Service personnel.
• Lifeguards:
  Lifeguarding is a challenging position at Wild River Country and requires a high level of fitness and responsibility. Past lifeguarding employees have received National Park Safety Awards.
  All training required is provided by Wild River Country.
• Grounds:
  Grounds personnel keep the park clean and help keep the park safe. They are constantly on the move and get plenty of sunshine and exercise. Because the park prides itself on a clean, safe environment, good grounds employees are highly valued.
• Candy Store:
  Employees of the Candy Store sell an array of old fashion candy, swimwear, sportswear, towels and suncare products. Sales ability and prior retail experience are helpful. The most important qualities of the Candy Store personnel are cheerfulness and an outgoing personality.
• Birthday Hosts:
  Our hosts for the birthday parties are the key to their success. As a host you will help parents with their child’s party by serving the cake, drinks and meal. Patience, courtesy and an outgoing personality are required for a birthday host.
