A note for AOL users purchasing Season Passes or Admission Tickets
If you have an AOL address, the default mail settings may prevent delivery of your tickets. Please follow the steps below to make sure your tickets are delivered successfully.

On the main toolbar, click "Mail" and then select “Block Unwanted Mail

In the “Control Who I get Mail From” box, make sure that your settings are as follows:

  • Allow mail from all senders
  • Blocked Mail should be: Delivered to your spam folder (not permanently deleted)

In the “Control What is in the Mail I Get” box, make sure that your setting are as follows:

  • All of the options in this box should NOT be checked
