C4 and Your Browser

Here are some helpful hints concerning the use of C4 and your browser:

• C4 does not work if you use "incognito" mode in your browser and use a plug-in or other application that attempts to prevent the website from keeping track of your browser.
• C4 will not function if you turn off cookies or Javascript.
• C4 is not designed for use on mobile devices. It may function reasonably well on most platforms for the basic functions, but there are no guarantees.
• If you have configured your browser to delete your browsing history when you close it, please remember to log out of C4 before closing your browser. This will prevent many issues from occuring.

Help! I Can't Log In!

Thanks to several recent security upgrades to C4, you may experience difficulties trying to log in—especially if you hardly ever log out. If you are having trouble logging in, please try to follow these steps:

Step 1: If you have access to another web browser, or another computer, try to log in to C4 using the alternate browser or computer. If you experience the same problem logging in, the issue is either the user name and password you are using, or something is wrong in C4.

Step 2: C4 uses cookies and other data stored in your browser to keep track of who you are and what you are doing. Clearing your browsing history and letting C4 re-create the data it needs might solve the problem you are having.

Step 3: If you have tried the previous two steps and you still can't log in to C4, contact Technical Support and submit a ticket.
